In a pinch, few companies can compete with VizSource for quality and speed. Will Soltesz, an architect at a housing company, came to VizSource for just that purpose. "We do housing, mainly residential multifamily," said Soltesz.

The rendering was needed for planning approval purposes. "We were making a presentation for the Planning Board, and we wanted a 3D model." A 3D rendering could make an important difference in the impression. However, it's not something that can be done easily in-house. "We're a small team, and we needed a quick turn-around." 

Working with a two-week deadline, Soltesz had little time to spare. Thankfully, VizSource was able to move efficiently. "It was a good experience from the start. The kick-off meeting was very helpful for me to explain what I needed." Once the first draft was complete, Soletsz was able to make adjustments. "I marked a lot up, but it got done on time."

The rendering was well-received by the team. "We've never done a project like this before, and the rendering gave it new life. People wanted to see it from different angles."
