Getting the exact details of a design right for a rendering at a reasonable price can be a challenge. Mac Hudson is a property owner who leases lots for subdivision. "I wanted to list a property," Hudson said. "But since it was still in progress, it was listed as a vacant lot." Hudson knew that a rendering would be key to attracting attention. "A visual rendering is the first thing you see, and having one allows me to post it in a larger pool."
Given how expensive renderings can be, Hudson was drawn to VizSource's prices. "I was looking for a reasonable cost. If I had a friend who had worked with VizSource, and he showed me the rendering he did. It looked good." Hudson was impressed by how well VizSource took his information. "It was a lot to process. I would have been confused, but she got it all right."
Though he made few changes in the second round, Hudson was grateful for the opportunity. "You can't think of everything in the first round. I appreciated being able to go back, think it over again, and make little changes without being charged more." Hudson's real estate agent approved of the rendering as well, and his property awaits a buyer. Hudson is very satisfied. "The price was reasonable, the rendering was quality, the process was efficient and friendly."
