Terri Montoya is the owner of her own architectural firm. “It’s just me,” said Montoya. “I mostly do residential and small commercial projects.” Montoya was hired to work on a complex home design, which posed a problem for her. “The design review committee wanted a few images of the home. I can do renderings on my own if they’re smaller, but this is a much larger house.” Terri needed a 3d rendering company, and VizSource seemed like a promising lead. “The pictures on the website were good, and so where the reviews.”
Given the intricate design of the house, VizSource needed to work to specification. “I really liked how we had an online meeting to talk things over before we started.” Of course, there’s always room for improvement, and VizSource knows this. “We had the first rendering, and then a chance to modify. It made it so much easier to give feedback and to upgrade the design.” Up to the last minute, changes were welcome. “There was an issue with the roof line, but I let her know, and it was fixed right away. There wasn’t any refusal, about how it was the final draft.”
The design review committee appreciated the renders. “They said it really helped them to visualize and picture the colors. They said it looked great, and gave it their approval.” Montoya was successful, and the house will soon be constructed. “I was impressed by the way it all worked. It was great, and I would totally use VizSource again.”
