A visual does more to entice buyers than words or diagrams ever could. John Hoctel, President of a Custom Home Builder, has seen this first hand. Recently, John's company has been working to construct and sell a pair of houses. "One of the houses is Spanish Revival, while the other is Costal," said Hoctel. "A rendering serves as a visual aid. We print them out on brochures for people who are interested."
This rendering marks Hoctel's third time using VizSource. "I used VizSource for the first time in 2011, and then again in 2018." Hoctel's record was remarkable. "In one instance, I printed out a ton of brochures with the rendering on. I sold the house on one of the first brochures I gave out." Hoctel further spoke highly of Rachel Lynch, a sales executive at VizSource. "Rachel was excellent. You couldn't get a better sales person. I had to make three versions of the drawings, and it took six months, but she kept on it like a dog with a bone."
The brochures have been printed, and Hoctel is confident the houses will soon find a buyer. His assessment of VizSource is strong. "The price is reasonable, the service is good, and the turn-around time is impressive. I had to be specific, but even for corrections, it was excellent. I've given recommendations to others."
